We appreciate your understanding.
Cancellation of a reservation for cosutomers own convenience will be charged a cancellation fee.
No cancellation fee will be charged only when we deem it unsafe to use the facility due to weather conditions or other reasons.
There is also no charge for closing by some reasons. Cancellation by the cosutomer prior to our announcement regarding weather conditions, etc., will be treated as a normal cancellation.

In case of cancellation, an invoice for cancellation fee will be mailed within one week from the day we’ve accepted your cancellation. Please make payment within 10 days from the date of issue.
Please note that the cosutomer is responsible for bank transfer processing fee.Please call us if you are Groups that wish to reserve the entire facilities or a half of it for a private party .
